At the moment, PayPal is accepted for safe and practical payments.

5. What are your shipping costs?
We provide dependable and quick shipping throughout Europe and Germany.  Each order will cost €1 (fixed rate) for shipping.

6. How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

7. Do you ship internationally?
We do ship throughout Europe, yes.  Before placing a purchase, please get in touch with us if you are not in Europe.

8. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number to trace the progress of your delivery as soon as your order ships.

9. What is your return policy?
Any unused goods may be returned for a complete refund within 14 days after delivery.  For return instructions, please get in touch with support@halen.shop.
