Winter apparel is our specialty.  Prices, availability, and product descriptions are all subject to change at any time.  We take every precaution to guarantee that all product information is correct and current.

3. Orders & Payment
Every order is handled in euros (€).
At this time, PayPal is the only payment method we offer.
You commit to giving correct payment and shipping information when you place an order.

4. Shipping Policy
The flat shipping cost is €1.
After payment is confirmed, orders are handled in 1-2 business days.
Depending on the location, delivery periods might vary, but they often take 3–5 business days in Germany.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want your purchase to satisfy you.
After receiving their order, customers have 14 days to seek a refund.
Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unused.
Get in touch with us at support@halen.shop to start a return.
Once we receive and review the returned item, the original PayPal account will be credited with the refund.
Unless the goods is damaged or wrong, the client is responsible for paying the shipping charges for returns.

6. Limitation of Liability
Third-party carriers' delays, missing packages, or damages are not our responsibility.  Our liability is capped at the product's purchasing price.

7. Privacy Policy
Your private data is secure and utilized exclusively for purchase fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.  Your information is never sold to or shared with any parties.
