Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your business at Halen Store.  We want your purchase to satisfy you completely.  We are here to assist you if you are not entirely satisfied with your order.

We appreciate your business at the Halen store.  We want your purchase to satisfy you completely.  Our return, refund, and cancellation procedures are explained in an understandable manner on this page.  Our policy offers a generous 30-day return window for the majority of non-faulty products while adhering to EU consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Who can return
Customers who bought directly from Halen.shop are eligible for returns.  Please get in touch with the other marketplace if you made your purchase elsewhere.

3. Return window and conditions
30-day voluntary returns: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to seek a return for things that you change your mind about (that aren't defective).  Items must be returned with their original tags and packing, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Return Eligibility 

We accept returns for curtains under certain conditions. You may return your order if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design) The product has quality issues or was damaged in transit (photo evidence required) Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:

The product is custom-made (unless there is a defect) The item has been used, washed, or altered by the customer Your return request is made more than 30 days after delivery


Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days): EU customers have the legal right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, regardless of our 30-day policy (see to Section 7 for the withdrawal form and information).


Items that are flawed, broken, or inaccurate:  Within 30 days of delivery, report any errors or defects.  For defective or inaccurate products, we will pay for return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, or complete refund.


Items that are not returnable:  Underwear, swimwear that has been used, and products with removed hygiene seals are not returnable unless they are defective for hygienic and safety concerns.  (This clause should be modified if you sell such things.)

5. How to request a return
Email us at support@halen.shop with the subject line Return request - Order and include:
Order number
Item(s) to return
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

Within two business days, we will respond with the return address and instructions.
Use a traceable shipping service to return the item after packing it safely.  We will either cover fair return shipping or give a pre-paid return label for defective or inaccurate merchandise.

6. Who pays return shipping?
Returns that are voluntary or due to a change of heart: Unless otherwise specified, the client is responsible for covering the expense of return postage.  We advise making use of a tracking service.
Items that are defective, broken, or incorrect: the Halen shop covers the expense of return shipping.  Once you present a legitimate proof of postage, we will either issue a prepaid label or repay the expense.

7. Refunds and processing time
We will complete the refund within 7 business days of receiving and examining the returned item.
Only the original PayPal payment method is eligible for refunds.
The item price plus any applicable taxes will be included in the refund amount.  Only if the item is defective or the return is the result of our error will the original outgoing shipping (€1) be reimbursed.
Due to PayPal processing periods, please give them more time to send the returned money to your account.

8. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days to terminate this agreement without providing a reason if you are a consumer in the European Union.
14 days after the day you or a third party you designate physically receive the goods is the withdrawal period.
You must provide us (Halen store, Rabenstraße 14, 25462 Rellingen, Germany, email: support@halen.shop) clear notice of your intention to withdraw in order to exercise your right to do so. This can be done by email, signed letter delivered by mail, or the withdrawal form below.


Effects of withdrawal: Should you decide to terminate the contract, we will promptly reimburse all of your payments, including delivery fees (apart from any additional expenses incurred if you choose a delivery option other than our most affordable standard delivery), and in any case, no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision to do so.

9. Faulty or damaged items
Within 30 days after delivery, send an email to support@halen.shop with pictures and your purchase information if your item is defective or damaged.
After evaluating, we will provide a repair, replacement, or complete refund.
We will reimburse the cost of return shipping and other reasonable expenses if we verify a defect or shipment issue.

10. Exchanges
An automated exchange procedure is not something we provide.  In order to exchange an item, you may either email support@halen.shop and we will help you, or you can return the original item for a refund and place a new purchase for the replacement.

11. Restocking fees
For returns that satisfy our return guidelines, there are no restocking costs.  If a return doesn't fit the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject it.

12. Where to display this policy
Put this policy in a visible and convenient place on your website (e.g., a link on product pages and in the footer).  Users should be able to access the policy without logging in.

13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time.  Halen.shop/returns will always have the most recent version.
